1. Who we are

This website and the PiP Farming community are run by PiP Farming.

2. What these terms cover

These terms apply to this website, your member account and our events. By applying, using your account or registering for an event you agree to them. They come on top of the risk disclosure, the community rules and the privacy information.

3. Joining

• PiP Farming is an international community. It is free to join and for adults only (18+).
• You apply through the form. We review every application personally. We may decline an application without giving a reason.
• Give correct information about yourself and keep it up to date.

4. Your account

• Your account is personal. Do not share your login.
• We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms or the community rules.
• You can ask us to close your account at any time.

5. Education only

Everything we share is general information and education. It is not personal financial, tax or legal advice and it does not take your personal situation into account. See the risk disclosure.

6. Trading systems and third parties

• The trading systems shown here run on a third-party platform. If you follow one, you do so in your own account, under your own agreement with that platform and at your own risk.
• Nothing is connected through this website.
• We are not responsible for the platform, its fees or its decisions about your account, and we do not guarantee the result of any system in your account.
• Figures on this website are a dated copy of what the platform shows. We do not guarantee that they are complete, correct or current.

7. Events

• You register for an event through the event page. The page shows the closing date for registration, until when you can cancel free of charge, and any no-show fee, before you confirm.
• If a no-show fee applies and you cancel after the free cancellation date or do not show up, we may charge that fee.
• We share the location and practical details with registered attendees directly. Do not pass them on.
• We may change or cancel an event. If we cancel, you owe nothing for it.
• Events are organised and sponsored by PiP Farming.

8. Challenges and rewards

• PiP Farming can set challenges for members and give a reward to members who complete one. Rewards are sponsored and paid for by PiP Farming.
• Challenges are based on the money brought in by the people a member introduces. We share the rules of a challenge with members before it starts: what counts, the period and the reward.
• Taking part is voluntary. Membership never depends on it.
• A reward is a gift. It is not an income and nobody has a right to one. We may change or end a challenge; rewards already earned under the rules stay earned.
• A reward can be refused or withdrawn if it was reached by breaking these terms or the community rules, for example with misleading claims, pressure, extra accounts or artificial trading volume.
• Tax on a reward, if any, is your own responsibility.

9. Using the website

• Do not misuse the website: no attempts to get into other people's accounts, no automated copying of content, no harmful code.
• Texts, the logo and the design belong to PiP Farming. Do not reuse them without our permission.
• Links to other websites are there for your convenience. We are not responsible for what is on them.

10. Our responsibility

• We do our best to keep the website correct and available, but we cannot promise it is free of mistakes or interruptions.
• Decisions about trading are yours. We are not liable for losses you make by trading, by following a system or through what a third-party platform does or fails to do.
• We do not exclude liability for damage caused by our own intent or gross negligence, and nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law as a consumer.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. For changes that matter to you we tell members at least 14 days before they take effect. If you do not agree, you can close your account.

12. Complaints and applicable law

• Not happy about something? Tell us through the contact form. We aim to reply within 14 days.
• A dispute about your trading account, a trade or a withdrawal is between you and the platform. We cannot decide it.
• These terms are governed by the law of the country where PiP Farming is established. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.
